"Columbia University professor retires as probe finds she discriminated against Israelis
Katherine Franke leaves school after
investigation says she violated university discrimination policy when
saying Israeli students harass Palestinians on campus"
“Outten & Golden’s abandonment of you and your matter before the
Columbia University’s Office of Equal Employment and Affirmative Action
Office (EOAA) because of the politically charged environment about the
Israeli/Palestine conflict is contrary to foundational values of our
profession,” Yaroshefsky wrote in a Sept. 10 letter finding Outten &
Golden’s conduct unethical."
